In a bid to raise standards across the industry Bradstone have introduced the “Bradstone Assured” scheme, RMH are proud to have been approved as an installer after completing all the requirements to become an approved installer.
These include our financial & trading history, health & safety, trade & private references, site monitoring by Bradstone’s own team to ensure our works are to the highest standard.
RMH have to adhere to Bradstone Assureds’ terms & conditions to ensure customers are given the best possible service, including a customer complaints procedure in the unlikely event of issues arising.
Bradstone have also introduced a payment scheme called “Bondpay” – whereby customer monies are pledged to an HSBC Bank account and released once works are completed and signed off by the customer.

Feed back is important, upon completion of each project clients will be asked to complete a free post survey to return to Bradstone, in return the customer will receive an “After Care pack” and any comments may be posted on line, enabling Bradstone to monitor the works.
