Since starting in 1998 RMH have completed in excess of 500 new builds and extensions, our current list of developer clients include:-
Holton Homes Ltd, Fox Homes Ltd, Parsons & Joyce Ltd, Glossbrook Homes Ltd, Priory View Ltd, Bryant & Trowbridge, Haven Builders Ltd and Milngate Homes Ltd to name but a few.
These clients have varying degrees of targeted markets—from bespoke new builds, to first time buyers to housing association developments. For these clients we carry out all the ground works required, inclusive of site clearance, foundations & block work to DPC, block and beam floor supply & installation— both standard T beam design & beamshield, concrete finishing, all site drainage & services, any SUDS requirements—inclusive of attenuation devices & all final finishing works.
We also complete in house any off site works within highways—for new sewer connections & drop kerbs—inclusive of all section 50 applications.

In addition we have worked on a number of extensions both for local builders and for individual private clients — we have close links with an NHBC builder Jonathan Morris Construction Ltd who has constructed a number private & commercial extensions including school works.

We also carry out bespoke projects – commercially for Hamble-Aero Structures we have constructed concrete machine pits & bases within their factory work shops for large Autoclave ovens. For developers – Caltite water proof basements. Locally we completed works for Christchurch Civic offices “One stop shop” and for Christchurch sailing club— we raised the car park levels & constructed new slipways and various other works as part of a flood defence system.
