SUDS
In recognition of the need to more effectively manage surface water run-off, the Environment Agency introduced a Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUDS) approach, to water management. New Build In Burton
For this new build project in Burton the client required a finished drive way within a tree protected area, we laid a cell web & matting overlaid with open grade tarmac & capped with the finishing layer of 6mm Stirling laid 16mm depth. This provided a complety permeable surface and as you can see the house looks stunning. The house sold very quickly.
